Are sessions confidential?
Sessions are confidential, in line with the BACP Ethical Framework's code of confidentiality and privacy.
How often are sessions?
Counselling is on a weekly basis, but this is open to discussion.

How long will I have to wait before I can start?
I offer a free of charge 20 minute phone call appointment to discuss client's needs and expectations for counselling and to determine if we would like to work together. Once agreed we can pick a suitable time and date to begin sessions without delay.

How many sessions will I need?
This differs with everybody. I offer short-term or long-term counselling, depending on a client's needs.
How do I get to my session?
You will find me in Acklam.
On-site parking is available throughout the day (free of charge). Counselling room is on ground floor with downstairs access to toilet facilities. Any special needs please let me know.
